The African Management Studies Journal (AMSJ) is an African academic journal which publishes cutting edge and rigorously peer reviewed research on management studies. all grounded in the context of Africa. It is uniquely distinct by being the first journal with a dedicated corner for business life stories of African entrepreneurs/business founders/business owner managers and business leaders. Through such stories, African entrepreneurs, African business founders, African business owner managers and African Business Leaders reflect on their lived experiences with regards to what it is like to start, manage, grow and lead businesses as Africans in Africa and beyond. Further, AMSJ has a very strong emphasis on sound research with clear impact on theory, industry and policy.
